Our Field Chest Protector™ had been designed with hunting dogs (especially retrievers) in mind. However, it is an ideal chest protector for sled dogs alike.
This new chest protector is more durable than our regular Chest Protector and it will size somewhat larger.
The Field Chest Protector™ is made out of Polartec® Aqua Shell®. This fabric had been designed for water sports of all types.
It combines the maximum warmth of Polartec fleece with body-hugging four way stretch. Its breathable windproof membrane and water-repellent surface provide excellent protection from the weather.
Our Field Chest Protector™ will provide aerodynamic performance for racing sled dogs, and neutral buoyancy for water dogs. It will also serve as an excellent chest protector for gun dogs hunting in underbrush.
